How has EXCEL helped develop your career?
EXCEL has provided me with the tools, knowledge, and continued support to grow within the company further.
What drew you to EXCEL initially? And how has the company changed?
I started back in 1988 working in the transportation field and continued for 22 years. I was looking for a change, and a friend suggested becoming a recruiter, so I joined the excel team back in 2010. Regrettably, I left in 2018 for about a year but came back in 2020. Excel is a wonderful company to work for, and I sincerely hope to finish my career here.
What do you like most about EXCEL?
The continued support by management and our client, Shintech. My co-workers are an amazing group, and I continually meet new employees and hold them all in high regard.
