What is an achievement you are proud of at EXCEL?
The employees here! In May of 2015, Southeast Texas had the worst floods on record – the production didn't stop. August 2017 Hurricane Harvey made the 2017 floods look like just another rainstorm – the production didn't stop. January 2020 COVID 19 hit the U.S. – the production didn't stop! We have a group that knows what needs to be done, and no matter the obstacle, they get it done!
What is your favorite part of working at EXCEL?
The people! That is all-inclusive of not only our employees but also the client's employees. We have some great employees here that do a great job understanding what needs to be done.
What's the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?
Honesty and Dependability!
What is something on your bucket list?
To be honest, I have never thought of creating one! I have always tried to take life one day at a time and live the best you can in the moment. My wife of almost 38 years, three children, and two grandchildren have helped make that happen!
What is your personal motto or mantra?
Treat everyone the way you want to be treated!
What is your hidden talent?
If I told you, it would no longer be hidden!
