His active participation across all facets of Material Handling (MH) at the site, which includes a vast area spanning four warehouses, five rail yards, three loading barns, and several container yards, has made a significant difference. With a workforce of approximately 300 employees, managing safety across such a large and diverse environment is no small feat. Yet, Louis handles it with grace and efficiency.
